Real estate agent web design for the name search

Our real estate agent web design is for the people who look you up by name: past clients, their friends and anyone handed your card. We build a site that tells your story, shows the deals you closed and makes calling you easy. A simple agent site can launch in four to five weeks.

  • Found by nameYour name, photo and areas set up so search engines connect them to your site.
  • Proof that holds upClosed deals with your side of each one named, plus reviews from real clients.
  • One tap to reach youCall, text and a short form on every page, tested on real phones.
  • Your broker shown rightYour firm name sized and placed the way advertising rules ask.

Why KeyGrow

Why agents choose KeyGrow

We build for the visitor you already earned, the one who arrives with your name.

Think about where your best clients come from. A past buyer tells a coworker about you, and the coworker searches your name that night. What they find decides whether you get a call.

A short profile on your brokerage's site gives them little to go on. A site of your own can show your story, the areas you know, the deals you closed and what real clients said.

It also has to last. Sellers often stay put for many years, so a client you help this year may not move again for a decade. When they do, your name should still lead them back to you.

Seller pages that pull leads

Landing pages we built for ASAP Outreach, a cash home buyer, helped lift serious leads by 600% between December and January.

Your words, not a template

We interview you and write every page. Your bio will not read like the agent next door.

Ad rules built in

Your broker's name appears on every page at the right size, and each deal names your side.

Help after launch

For the first month after launch, bug fixes cost nothing. Later changes are yours to make, or ours on a care plan.

Ad rules and client habits that shape an agent site

Two rules decide what your site has to show. One survey shows why it should last for years.

Texas: your broker's name, sized

In Texas, TREC's advertising rule covers websites. Each ad must show the broker's name in at least half the size of the largest contact details for any agent or team in it.

What it means for your sitewe size your broker's name against your own name and phone in the header, so the ratio holds on phones and desktops.

Who may say "sold"

Under NAR's 2026 Code of Ethics, only the listing or cooperating broker in a deal may claim to have sold the property.

What it means for your siteeach deal page names your side, listing or buyer, and we only mark a home as sold when you helped close it.

Clients come back years later

In NAR's 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 91% of buyers said they would use their agent again or recommend them. Sellers had stayed in their homes a median of 11 years.

What it means for your sitethe site serves today's referral and a past client 11 years from now. Your name, photo and phone number stay easy to find.

What you get

What your agent site includes

Everything here serves one visitor: the person deciding whether you are the agent to call.

An about page in your voice

Why you do this work, the areas you know and how you handle a deal.

Closed deal pages

Homes you listed or helped buy, each labeled with the side you worked.

Reviews in context

Client reviews placed next to the deals and areas they mention.

Area pages

A page for each area you work, with facts a buyer or seller can use.

Your listings

Current listings through your firm's IDX feed, or simple listing pages if you only have a few.

Easy contact

Tap to call, a text link and a three-field form on every page.

Side by side

A brokerage profile or a site of your own?

If your firm gives you a profile page, here is how it compares with a site of your own when someone searches your name.

Brokerage profile pageYour own agent site
What a visitor seesA photo, a phone number and a short bioYour story, areas, deals and reviews
Room for proofLittleA page for each closed deal
Who decides the contentYour brokerageYou, inside your broker's ad rules

Best fitBrand-new agents with no deals to show yetAgents with closed deals and clients who refer them

If your profile page already brings in calls, keep it and link to it from your new site. A site of your own makes sense once people start searching your name.

How it works

Your agent site in four steps

Most of the work is getting your story and your deals onto the page. Building is the quick part. Add an IDX feed and plan on six to eight weeks.

Want to plan ahead? Read our small business website guide

  1. Week 1

    Interview

A call about your clients, your areas and the deals you are proud of. We pick the stories worth telling.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Writing

We write your about page, deal pages and area pages. You correct anything we got wrong.

  3. Weeks 2 to 3

    Design

First you review two pages: the home page and one closed deal. Once you like them, we design the rest.

  4. Weeks 3 to 5

    Build and launch

We build, connect your forms, test on phones and go live. Fixes are free for 30 days.

FAQ

Real estate agent web design FAQs

Asked by agents weighing a site of their own against a profile page. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

Not always. A profile page can carry you through your first few deals. Once referrals start searching your name, your own site gives them far more reasons to call.

A home page, your story, buying and selling pages, closed deals, area pages and an easy way to reach you. Reviews belong next to the deals they describe. Your broker's name and contact details go on every page.

Yes. Each deal page says whether you listed the home or worked with the buyer. NAR's Code of Ethics also bars using content others created without credit or permission, so we only reuse photos you have the right to use.

Your pages stay up. We update your broker's name, logo and required notices, and connect the IDX feed from your new firm.

In Texas, TREC's rule says at least half the size of the largest agent or team contact details in the ad. Other states set their own rules, so we check yours before design. We build the header so the ratio holds on every screen.

Most solo agents need the $1,400 plan: up to six pages, with the writing and a WordPress build included. Teams and agents with many area pages move to $2,800 for bigger sites. You pay once.

A simple site with no listing feed can launch in four to five weeks. Add IDX search and plan on six to eight weeks, like most of our builds.

Yes. You get an editor and a short training call. NAR's Code of Ethics asks members to keep website information current, so easy updates matter.
