The agency squeeze

You can sell SEO
faster than you can
staff it.

Every agency hits the same wall. The pipeline is fine. Delivery is the problem. So you hire, and the new salary lands on your P&L in month one while the client revenue ramps over six. Growth costs you margin.

How white label SEO works

You own the client. We own the delivery.

There is one rule that makes a white label SEO partnership work, and it is the boundary. Here is exactly where ours sits.

Your client sees
100% your brand

As far as your client is concerned, you have an in-house SEO team. Nothing we produce carries our name, our domain, or a link back to us.

  • Your logo on every report, audit and strategy document
  • Your email address on every message they receive
  • Your strategist on every call, using work we prepared
  • Your contract, your invoice, your payment terms
+
We do
Behind your brand

The whole retainer, delivered on a schedule you can promise a client with a straight face. You get a shared workspace, a monthly deliverables log, and one person to ask.

  • Keyword research, competitor mapping and the monthly plan
  • On-page and technical fixes, schema, and site speed work
  • Content written to your client brand voice, never published under ours
  • Link building, local citations and Google Business Profile management
  • AEO work so the client gets cited in AI answers, not just Google
  • The report, built unbranded so you drop your logo straight on it

Who this is for

Built for agencies that sell well and would rather not hire.

Most of our partners never planned to be an SEO agency. They sell something else, clients keep asking, and turning it down was costing them more than fulfilling it.

This is for you if
  • You already have clients asking for SEO and you keep saying not yet
  • You would rather add a service line than add a salary
  • You want to keep the client relationship, the invoice and the pricing control
  • You can hold a monthly retainer conversation with your own client
Probably not a fit if
  • You want us on sales calls closing your deals for you, that is your job
  • You need work delivered this week, SEO compounds over months
  • You want the cheapest possible cost per link and do not care where it comes from
  • You would rather mark up 5x than have your client renew twice

An honest note on proof

We cannot show you
a single partner logo.

Every provider page you have read today has an agency logo wall on it. Ours does not, and it never will. If we would put your logo on this page after you signed, the promise we just made you is worthless.

So here is what we can put in front of you instead: results from our own direct clients, where we hold the permission to name the work. Same team, same process, same deliverables you would be reselling. On a partner call we walk you through a live account with the client details redacted, and you can ask us anything about it.

  • Mutual NDA signed before we discuss anything, on request
  • Redacted sample report and audit sent with your rates
  • No case study, testimonial or logo published without written sign-off

What we fulfill

Take the whole retainer, or just the part you cannot staff.

Partners buy these four together most of the time. You can also buy one, keep the rest in-house, and we will stay in our lane.

White label local SEO

Most agencies resell local first, because it is the easiest scope to explain and the fastest to show progress on. We run the map pack work end to end: profile, proximity, reviews, and the service-area pages that let a client rank outside the block their office sits on.

The tier most partners start on. It maps cleanly to a $900 to $1,000 retail retainer.

  • Google Business Profile rebuilt: categories, services, description, photos, posts
  • Name, address and phone consistency fixed across the citation ecosystem
  • Service-area and city pages written per location the client actually serves
  • Review acquisition process handed to you as a client-ready playbook
  • Map pack rank tracking by grid point, not just by city center

White label on-page SEO and technical

The unglamorous half of the retainer, and the half that quietly loses clients when nobody does it. We audit, we fix, and we log every change so you can show your client what moved and when.

We work in your client CMS with the access you already hold. No new logins to explain.

  • Full technical audit: crawl, index coverage, redirects, canonicals, duplicates
  • Title, meta and heading rewrites across the pages that actually earn traffic
  • Schema markup: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Product, Article
  • Core Web Vitals and page speed work, with before and after numbers
  • Internal linking rebuilt so authority reaches the money pages
  • Change log written in plain language for your client report

White label AEO and AI search

The part most providers have not built yet, and the easiest thing you have to upsell this year. Clients are already asking whether they show up in ChatGPT. Right now you can be the agency in your market with an answer.

Included in every partner tier rather than sold as an add-on, so you can bundle it or charge for it.

  • AI prompt set built per client, tracked monthly across the major assistants
  • Answer-first content structured the way AI systems actually quote
  • llms.txt, entity markup and the citation surfaces that feed AI answers
  • Visibility reporting you can put in front of a client who asked the question

Partner rates

What you pay. What you keep.

Wholesale rates, per client, per month. Month-to-month on every tier, so a client who leaves you does not leave you carrying a contract.

Volume gate

Partner rates apply from 3 active clients. That is the honest reason they sit below our public retail pricing, and it is what stops your client finding a cheaper number by searching our name. Below 3 clients we quote you our direct rate and move you over when you get there.

FAQ

The questions agencies actually ask.

Commercial answers, including the parts that do not flatter us. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

White label SEO is SEO work that one company delivers and another company sells under its own brand. You keep the client relationship, the contract and the pricing. We do the research, the on-page work, the content, the links and the reporting, and none of it carries our name. To your client, you have an SEO team. That is the whole arrangement.

Three that matter commercially. You can sell a service line without hiring for it, so capacity arrives the day you close the deal rather than six weeks later. Your cost is fixed per client, so you can price a retainer and know your margin before you sign. And you stop turning away or referring out revenue that walks into your pipeline anyway. The tradeoff is that you give up direct control of delivery, which is why the provider you pick matters more than the rate you pay.

Wholesale rates across the market run roughly $300 to $900 a month for local scopes, $900 to $2,500 for mid-market, and $2,500 upward for ecommerce and enterprise work. Our partner tiers start at $347 per client per month and go to $997. Agencies typically resell at two to three times wholesale, which puts most resold SEO retainers in a 45 to 65 percent gross margin band.

Not through us. We do not contact your client, we do not appear on your reports, and we do not publish, name or link to partner work anywhere. Communication runs through you unless you specifically ask for a named strategist to join a call as part of your team. We will sign a mutual NDA before any of it if you want the commitment in writing.

Start from the margin you need rather than from our rate. The published benchmark for resold SEO retainers is 45 to 65 percent gross margin, with the median around 55 percent, which works out to roughly two to three times what you pay wholesale. If you are also doing the strategy conversations, the reporting calls and the account management, the higher end of that range is reasonable. Below about 45 percent the account stops being worth servicing once you count your own time.

Partner rates start at three active clients. That gate exists for an honest reason: our partner pricing sits below the direct pricing we publish for business owners, and without a volume requirement your client could find a cheaper number by searching our name. Below three clients we quote you our direct rate and move you onto partner pricing when you get there. Apply either way.

Yes. Link building is the single service partners most often buy separately, usually because they already have someone doing on-page work. Every placement comes back with a live URL and the reason it was worth getting, so you can put it in front of a client. We do not use private blog networks or bulk directory submissions.

Yes. White label on-page SEO covers the technical audit, title and meta rewrites, heading structure, schema markup, internal linking and Core Web Vitals work, with a plain-language change log for your client report. Plenty of agencies keep content and links in-house and hand us only this part. We work inside the CMS access you already hold.

Yes, and multi-location is where the work gets genuinely hard, so it sits in the middle and top tiers rather than the entry one. That covers a Google Business Profile per location, service-area pages built per market rather than duplicated with the city name swapped, citation consistency across every listing, and map pack tracking by grid point instead of a single city-center reading.

You tell us and we stop billing that account. Every tier is month to month with no minimum term and no exit fee, so a client leaving you does not leave you carrying a contract. Everything built for that client stays with them: pages, content, schema, citations and links.

Coverage and accountability, mostly. A freelancer is one person with one skill set, no cover when they are ill or on holiday, and no bench when you close three clients in a month. A provider gives you a team across technical, content, links and reporting, on a fixed per-client rate, with someone accountable when a client escalates. A good freelancer is often cheaper. They are rarely more reliable at volume.

Local SEO usually shows meaningful movement in 60 to 120 days. AEO and AI citation work can move faster, sometimes 30 to 60 days. Competitive markets take longer. Promise your client three months minimum before judging progress, and be honest that SEO compounds rather than switches on. Anyone offering you a provider who guarantees rankings in week one is selling you a problem.

AEO is built into every SEO partner tier rather than sold as an add-on, so AI visibility work is already included. White label PPC runs on a separate rate card because the economics are different when ad spend is involved. Ask on the application and we will send both.

When you cannot hold the client conversation yourself. White label works because you own the relationship, so if you need someone else to run the strategy calls and defend the results, you want a referral partnership instead and a share of the revenue. It also does not work if you are buying purely on price. At the bottom of the market you are paying for volume, and it usually surfaces later as a client asking why nothing has moved.

Yes. We work with agencies across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the Gulf. What matters is the language of the client market and the search engine you are targeting, not where your office is. Most of our work targets English-language search.
