Med spa web design built around your providers

Our med spa web design puts your providers first. Each treatment page names who performs it, their license and training, the price and the downtime, with a button to book a consult. We write every page and build the site on WordPress, and most studios go live within six to eight weeks.

  • Trust before the first visitClients see who will treat them, with license and training listed.
  • Fewer price-only callsPrices by unit, area or session sit right on each treatment page.
  • Consults booked onlineA short consult form or booking link on every treatment page.
  • Repeat visits plannedMemberships and packages laid out where clients look for them.

Our work

Beauty and health sites from our team

Our closest work to a med spa is a salon site with a full service menu and online booking. A private medical practice follows, then the rest of our builds. Open any card to see the full design.

Why KeyGrow

Why med spas pick KeyGrow

Aesthetics marketing is loud. A clear, specific site stands out.

Clients pick a med spa by picking a person: the one who will treat their face. Before they trust that person, they want a name, a license, proof of training and a price.

Most med spa sites skip that. The treatment page describes the product and stops. So clients call to ask, or they book with the studio that answered first.

We build it the other way around. Your providers come first, every treatment links to the people who perform it, and the price sits on the page.

Providers first

Every page starts from the people clients book, with the products listed under them.

Prices on the page

We push to publish prices by unit or area, because clients compare studios before they call.

Healthcare and beauty builds

Our portfolio includes a private medical practice and a salon booking site, both designed and built by our team.

One payment, copy included

Plans start at $1,400 and include the writing. We fix bugs at no charge for 30 days after launch.

Industry guide

What the FDA and FTC mean for your site

Two federal agencies shape what a med spa site should say. Here is what their own pages say and what we build because of it. Your medical director has the final word.

Clients are told to ask about training

The FDA tells people considering dermal fillers to choose a licensed provider trained in filler injections. It also says to ask about the provider's training and experience, and to treat fillers as a medical procedure.

What it means for your siteeach provider page lists license, training and years of experience, and every filler page links to the people who perform it.

Approved uses have limits

The FDA has approved dermal fillers for adults 22 and older, for specific uses such as lips, cheeks, chin and the back of the hand. Its page lists other uses, including the nose and forehead, as not approved.

What it means for your sitefiller pages state the age limit and the approved areas in plain words. Any other claim goes to your medical director before it goes live.

No rewards for five-star reviews

An FTC rule published in August 2024 bars businesses from offering payment or other rewards for reviews that express a particular opinion, positive or negative.

What it means for your sitethe review request we set up asks every client for honest feedback with no reward attached, and the site pulls reviews from your public profiles.

What you get

Inside every med spa build

These parts turn a long treatment menu into booked consults.

Provider profiles

A page for each injector or provider, with license, training and the treatments they perform.

Treatment pages with prices

Each treatment shows the price by unit, area or session, the downtime and who performs it.

Consult booking everywhere

A short form or booking link on every treatment page, so the next step is one tap away.

A results gallery with rules

Photos shot in the same light and angle, with the treatment and timing noted under each one.

Memberships and packages

Plans and package prices laid out clearly, with a way to join or ask online.

Menu changes without us

Add a new treatment, change a price or swap a provider photo yourself in WordPress.

How it works

From treatment menu to booked consults

Four steps. Providers and prices come first, because every page depends on them.

Want to plan ahead? See if a treatment promo needs its own page

  1. Week 1

    Map providers to treatments

We list who performs each treatment, their license and training, and the prices you want to publish.

  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    Write and design

Our writers draft each treatment and provider page while our designers mock up the home page for your notes.

  3. Weeks 4 to 6

    Build and connect booking

We build the site on WordPress and connect your consult booking, memberships and payment tools.

  4. Weeks 6 to 8

    Launch and train

We launch, test every booking path on real phones and show your team how to add a treatment. Fixes are free for 30 days.

Checklist

What every treatment page should show

Use this list on each treatment you offer. A page that misses several items sends clients to the phone, or to another studio.

  • Who performs itThe provider's name, photo and license type, linked to their profile.
  • Their trainingWhere they trained and how long they have offered this treatment.
  • The pricePer unit, per area or per session, plus what a typical first visit costs.
  • DowntimeWhat the next few days look like, from swelling and bruising to when makeup is fine.
  • Who it suitsThe age limit and the areas the FDA approved the product for.
  • Real resultsA few photos shot in the same light, with the timing noted.
  • AftercareWhat to do and avoid after the visit, in a format clients can save.
  • One clear next stepA consult button that opens a short form or a booking calendar.

FAQ

Med spa web design questions answered

Short answers for owners planning a new med spa site. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

Yes. Clients often choose the person before the treatment. A provider page with license, training and the treatments they perform answers the question many clients feel awkward asking.

Yes, at least by unit, area or session. Clients compare studios before they call, and a missing price sends them to the studio that shows one. A starting price works when the final cost depends on the consult.

No. An FTC rule from 2024 bars rewards tied to the opinion a review expresses. Ask every client for honest feedback with no reward attached, and show reviews from your public profiles.

Yes. We connect your booking tool or add a consult form, then link a payment tool for deposits if you take them.

Yes. Each plan gets a clear layout with what it includes and the monthly price, plus a way to join or ask. A full online store is a separate project.

Use the same light, angle and distance for every set, and note the treatment and the time since it. Ask each client for written consent before a photo goes on the site.

Yes. You copy a treatment page, change the details, pick the provider and publish. We walk your team through it before launch.

Studios with a full menu usually need the $2,800 plan for bigger sites. A small studio can start at $1,400. Both are one-time prices that include the writing.

Plan on six to eight weeks. Sending provider details and prices in the first week keeps the project on schedule.

Yes, every plan includes copywriting. Your medical director reviews each claim about results and safety before launch.
