Smaller budgets mean slower learning. Tenant-focused campaigns can run separately at lower click costs if you want to support vacancy filling.
Our PM clients average $45-90 per qualified owner lead after optimization. That's a fraction of what lead aggregators charge—and these are exclusive leads, not shared with competitors. The first month is usually higher as we filter out bad traffic. By month 3, the numbers get much better.
Lead services sell the same owner to 3-5 competitors. The moment that lead comes in, you're in a price war. PPC leads are yours exclusively. An owner who clicks your ad, reads your landing page, and fills out your form has already chosen to talk to YOU—not whoever calls fastest. That changes the entire dynamic.
