Wealth management web design for the whole family

KeyGrow offers wealth management web design for firms that want to keep client families through each handoff. A typical wealth site talks to one person, the client who signed. We add pages for the spouse who skipped the reviews and the children who may inherit, plus the CPAs and attorneys who refer to you. Most builds launch in six to eight weeks, plus your compliance review.

  • Heirs who know your nameAdult children can read how you work with the next generation long before they inherit.
  • A calm page for a hard dayA surviving spouse finds what happens next, what can wait and who to call.
  • Succession in writingProspects see who takes over if the lead advisor retires, with real names.
  • Easier referralsCPAs and estate attorneys get a page on how handoffs to your firm work.

Our work

Finance builds by our team

Start with the mortgage prequalification build. Like a wealth site, it had to earn trust before it asked anyone for personal details.

Why KeyGrow

Why wealth firms bring in KeyGrow

We spend the first week on your client families, not your color palette.

Chances are, your site talks to the person who opened the account. That person rarely comes back. The next people to read it are often the ones who never came to a meeting.

Picture a widow whose husband ran the money for 40 years. Or a son who inherits an account at a firm he has never heard of. Each one looks you up once, at a hard moment, and decides whether to stay. If all they find is market notes and a team photo, nothing gives them a reason to.

So we write for them. The spouse gets a page that explains the first weeks in plain words. Adult children see how you work with heirs. We also name who takes over when the founder steps back, and give referring CPAs and attorneys a page of their own.

Finance builds we can show

Our mortgage prequalification page for Qualify Before You Buy doubled form completions and cut bounce rate by 40% within 4 weeks.

The writing is ours to do

We write the spouse, heir and succession pages ourselves, with copywriting in every plan. Your reviewer marks up the drafts.

Easy to keep current

Advisors join, retire and change roles. Bios and the succession page are simple fields your staff can edit.

No portal upsell

Already have a client portal and custodian logins? We link to them clearly instead of selling you a new system.

Industry guide

What the numbers mean for wealth management web design

Three checked facts from a research firm and the SEC, and what each one changes on your site. Your compliance team decides how the rules apply to you.

Money moves twice

Cerulli Associates projects $124 trillion will change hands through 2048, with $105 trillion going to heirs. Along the way, $54 trillion passes to spouses first, nearly $40 trillion of it to widowed women (December 2024).

What it means for your siteThe people who inherit your client relationships need pages of their own. We write one for the surviving spouse and one for adult children.

Breach clocks are short

The SEC changed Regulation S-P in 2024. SEC-registered advisers must now generally notify affected people within 30 days of learning their sensitive data was, or likely was, accessed without permission. Firms must also require service providers to report a breach to them within 72 hours. Larger firms had to comply by December 3, 2025, and smaller ones by June 3, 2026.

What it means for your siteYour public site should hold as little client data as it can. Our forms ask for a name and a way to reach you, and documents stay in your portal or your custodian's.

Calculators carry conditions

The SEC Marketing Rule treats results no portfolio actually earned as hypothetical performance, which comes with extra conditions. The rule leaves a planning tool out of that definition if the firm explains how it works, its limits and its key assumptions. The firm must also say that results may vary with each use and over time, and that the outcomes are hypothetical. Tools that pick investments must explain how they choose.

What it means for your siteIf your site gets a planning tool, we place those notes beside it and send the page to your compliance reviewer before launch.

What you get

What we build for a wealth management firm

Most of this is writing. The build around it stays simple, so your staff can keep it current.

A page for the surviving spouse

What happens in the first weeks, what your firm handles and what can wait. Written for someone who never sat in a review.

Pages for adult children

How you work with heirs, how to meet the team and what to expect when an account passes to them.

Named succession

Who takes over each relationship if the lead advisor retires or falls ill, with names and roles.

A referral page

For CPAs and estate attorneys: how a referral works, how you keep them updated and what happens after the first meeting.

Clear portal links

One obvious path to your client portal and custodian logins, with short help for first-time users.

Tools with their notes

If you want a planning calculator, its method, limits and assumptions sit right beside the results.

Side by side

Who your site is written for

A typical wealth site sits in the left column. The right column is what a family finds after we rebuild.

Written for the clientWritten for the family
Home pageTalks to the account holderTalks to the couple and their grown children
A widowed spouse findsMarket notes and a team photoWhat happens next and who to call
An adult heir findsNothing written for themHow you work with heirs and how to meet you
SuccessionNot mentionedThe next advisor by name, plus how you share files
Referring CPAs and attorneysMust call to learn how you workA page on referrals and handoffs
Planning toolsA calculator with no explanationMethod, limits and assumptions beside the results

Most of the right column is writing, not code. The hard part is deciding what you will say in public, such as who takes over your clients.

How it works

How a wealth site comes together

The writing needs the most care, so it starts first and runs alongside your review.

Want to plan ahead? A maintenance list for when advisors join or retire

  1. Week 1

    Map your client families

We talk through which households have one decision maker, who would inherit and which professionals refer to you. That list decides the pages.

  2. Weeks 2 and 3

    Write for each reader

We draft the spouse, heir, succession and referral pages. Your compliance reviewer sees every draft before design.

  3. Weeks 4 to 6

    Design and build

We design the pages, build on WordPress, link your portal and custodian logins and test on phones.

  4. Weeks 7 and 8

    Approve and launch

Once your reviewer signs off, the site launches. Your staff learns to edit bios, and bug fixes are on us for the first 30 days.

Plans and pricing

What wealth management web design costs

Six pages fill up fast at a wealth firm. Add a spouse page, heir pages, a referral page and a bio for each advisor, and bigger sites at $2,800 tend to fit. A small practice that keeps to six pages pays $1,400. You pay each price once, and it covers the writing and a WordPress build.

FAQ

Questions wealth firms ask before a rebuild

What partners ask about family pages, succession and compliance review. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

Because they may soon decide whether the account stays with you. An heir who has read about your firm, or met your team, has a reason to keep you. One who has never heard of you starts from zero.

Not when it reads as a plan. Written well, it shows clients you will look after their partner. We keep the tone calm and practical: what happens first, what can wait and who answers the phone.

If you have one, yes. A prospect with a 20-year horizon wonders who takes over if the founder stops. A small firm can answer that too: name who covers for whom and the outside professionals you lean on. A short, true plan reads better than a line about the depth of your team.

In your portal or your custodian's, not on the public site. We link to those logins and keep our forms to contact details, so the website stores as little client data as it can.

Give them a page of their own. It explains how a referral works, how you keep them in the loop and what happens after the first meeting. That saves them a phone call before they send a client your way.

Your compliance officer or outside consultant does. We write the drafts, send each page for review before design and make the edits they ask for. We do not give legal or compliance advice.

Six pages or fewer costs $1,400. Once you add spouse, heir and referral pages plus advisor bios, you will likely need bigger sites at $2,800. Multi-office groups with 30 or more pages pay $5,600.

Six to eight weeks for most builds, plus the time your compliance review needs. We start writing in week one, so your reviewer never gets a stack of pages at the last minute.

Yes. We build on WordPress and set up bios and succession details as simple fields. When an advisor joins or retires, your team edits the page and sends it for review.
