Chiropractic web design for first-time patients

Our chiropractic web design is for clinics that want new patients, including people who have never seen a chiropractor. We write honest condition pages, explain the first visit and the care plan, make coverage clear and add online booking. You get a fast WordPress site at a fixed price, usually live in six to eight weeks.

  • Doubters who bookCondition pages that stay honest about what care can and cannot do.
  • A plan with an endTypical visit counts, check-ins and what ends care, in writing.
  • No coverage surprisesWhat insurance and Medicare pay for, plus your cash prices.
  • First visits booked onlineNew patients book from their phone, any time of day.

Why KeyGrow

Why chiropractors trust KeyGrow

We write for the patient who expects a sales pitch.

Many people who land on your site have never seen a chiropractor. Some came because a friend insisted. Many are not sure it will help, and they watch for any sign of a hard sell.

Big promises confirm their doubts. A page that says what adjustments can and cannot do, how many visits a plan usually takes and what it costs reads as honest. That honesty is what gets the first visit booked.

So we build a site that stays plain about the evidence and the money, then makes the first visit easy to book.

We argue for less hype

Broad claims lose doubtful readers. We push for specific, honest pages instead.

A page for referring doctors

We can add a page a physician can send patients to without worrying about what it claims.

Healthcare results we can point to

Twelve months of our SEO took a doctor's practice in Dubai from 5 calls a month to 130+. We built that site too.

Doctors approve every claim

Nothing about a condition goes live until a doctor at your clinic signs off on it.

Industry guide

Two federal sources every clinic site should match

The NIH tracks who uses chiropractic care and what the research shows. Medicare spells out what it pays for. Here is how each fact changes the site.

Most adults did not go last year

In 2022, 11.0% of U.S. adults had chiropractic care in the past year, up from 7.4% in 2002, based on national survey data.

What it means for your sitethe home page explains the first visit step by step and answers the basic questions a newcomer has.

Evidence differs by condition

The NIH says spinal manipulation may bring small improvements in low-back pain and can help acute neck pain. A 2021 review it cites found no clear benefit for conditions outside the muscles and bones, such as high blood pressure.

What it means for your sitecondition pages say what the research supports, and we leave out claims about conditions where it shows no clear benefit.

Medicare pays for one service

Medicare Part B covers spinal adjustments by a chiropractor only when they correct a subluxation. It does not cover other services or tests a chiropractor orders, such as X-rays, massage therapy or acupuncture.

What it means for your siteyour coverage page splits what Medicare pays for from what it does not, so older patients see the full cost before the visit.

How it works

Building a clinic site in five steps

We settle what the site will claim before we design anything.

Want to plan ahead? Our checklist for picking a web designer

  1. Week 1

    Agree on the claims

We list the conditions you treat and how to describe each one honestly. That shapes every page after it.

  2. Week 2

    Plans and prices

We write down your typical care plans, check-ins, coverage rules and cash prices.

  3. Weeks 3 to 4

    Write and design

We write each page in plain words, then show you one designed condition page to approve before the rest.

  4. Weeks 5 to 7

    Build and review

We build on WordPress and connect booking. A doctor at your clinic checks every health claim.

  5. Week 8

    Launch and support

Launch day includes a test booking from a phone. For the next 30 days, we fix any bugs at no charge.

Plans and pricing

What a clinic website costs

You pay once, and the writing comes with every plan. A one-doctor clinic with a handful of conditions fits the $1,400 plan. Add more doctors, services or a big condition library and you need bigger sites at $2,800. Multi-clinic groups with 30 or more pages pay $5,600.

FAQ

Chiropractic web design questions

What clinic owners ask us first. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

Start with the ones you treat most, like low-back pain, neck pain and headaches. Say what the research supports for each one. Skip conditions where the evidence shows no clear benefit.

Yes. Some people stay away because they think care never ends. Give a typical range, say when you check progress and explain what ends care.

Plainly. Medicare Part B covers spinal adjustments that correct a subluxation and nothing else a chiropractor orders, like X-rays or massage. We put that on your coverage page next to your cash prices.

Yes. A first-time patient may not call to ask what a visit costs. List your first-visit and follow-up prices, plus any package terms, so they can book without guessing.

It helps. A short page can cover your scope, your methods and when you send patients back to their doctor. That gives a physician something to share with confidence.

Yes. We connect your scheduling software or add a request form, and the booking link appears on every condition page.

Yes, step by step: the forms, the exam, whether you adjust that day and how long it all takes. Knowing what to expect makes the first step easier.

A one-doctor clinic usually fits the $1,400 plan for up to six pages. Clinics with more doctors or a long list of conditions need bigger sites at $2,800. You pay each price once, and it includes the writing.

Most clinic sites launch in six to eight weeks, with time set aside for a doctor to review each condition page.

Yes. Whoever runs your front desk can edit hours, prices and condition pages, and we teach them how before the site goes live.
