Real estate investor website design for a seller who doubts you

Our real estate investor website design starts from the seller on the other side of the screen: someone with an inherited house, a tired rental or a deadline, who has seen five cash offer pages today. We build a site that shows homes you bought, how you work out a price and what happens if they say no. A simple site can launch in four to five weeks.

  • Proof you closeHomes you bought, with the area, month and condition of each.
  • An offer that makes senseHow condition, repairs and nearby sales shape your price, shown with an example.
  • No pressureNo timers or expiring offers, and a plain promise about follow-up calls.
  • Easy to reachCall, text and a short form on every page, tested on real phones.

Our work

Sites we built for people who buy and sell homes

Two of these are real estate builds, made for sellers and buyers deciding who to trust. Tap any card to see the full page.

Why KeyGrow

Why investors choose KeyGrow

We have built pages for cash home buyers before, and we know the seller arrives doubting you.

Most "we buy houses" websites say the same thing in the same words: cash in seven days, a short form, a handshake photo. A seller cannot tell them apart, so they treat every one of them as the same risk.

The way out is proof. Homes you actually bought, the area and month of each one, the company that handles your closings, and a plain account of how you reached a number. A competitor cannot copy your closing record.

Be honest about the trade as well. A cash sale gives up some price for speed and certainty: no repairs, no showings, no buyer loan falling through. Saying that out loud, and admitting when listing would bring more, makes you the one operator on the page treating the seller as an adult.

Seller pages that convert

With two landing pages we built for ASAP Outreach, a cash home buyer, the conversion rate rose from 5.11% to 35.11% and serious leads grew 600% between December and January.

City and situation pages

HomeLink Properties, a cash buyer in Missouri, reached 90+ seller calls a month within 7 months from city and seller-situation pages we built and ranked.

Your words, not a template

We interview you and write every page, so your site does not read like the other five in the results.

Help after launch

For the first month after launch, bug fixes cost nothing. After that, add closings yourself or ask us on a care plan.

Rules and seller habits that shape an investor site

Two rules decide what your site and form must say. One survey shows what sellers check before they call.

Wholesaling is regulated

Oklahoma's Predatory Real Estate Wholesaler Prohibition Act took effect on November 1, 2021, and requires wholesalers to hold a real estate license. Other states have added their own rules.

What it means for your siteyour site says plainly whether you buy and close yourself or may assign the contract, and shows your license where your state asks for one.

Consent before the texts

Federal telemarketing rules require signed written consent before marketing calls or texts sent to a cell phone with an autodialer or a prerecorded voice. The consent must name the number and say that agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

What it means for your siteyour seller form carries a plain consent line with the phone number, separate from the request for an offer. Have your attorney check the wording.

Sellers check recent reviews

In BrightLocal's 2026 survey, 97% of consumers read reviews for local businesses, 47% will not use a business with fewer than 20 reviews, and 74% only care about reviews from the last three months.

What it means for your siterecent seller reviews sit next to the homes they describe, and adding a new one takes a minute from your phone.

What you get

What your investor site includes

Every page answers the question a seller will not ask out loud: are you real?

Homes we bought

A page that grows with each closing: area, month, condition and what happened next.

How our offer works

A worked example of how you reach a price, so the number reads as arithmetic.

Cash sale or listing

A fair look at both, with the time, repairs and fees each one costs.

Situation pages

Inherited homes, problem rentals, relocation and repairs, written with care.

City pages

A page for each area you buy in, so local searches find you.

A short seller form

Only the questions you need, a clear consent line and a way to just talk.

Side by side

A template cash offer site or one built on your closings?

Most investors start on a template. Here is how it compares with a site built around the homes you have bought.

Best fitTesting a new market for a few weeksInvestors with closings to show who plan to stay

A template is fine while you test a market. Once you have closings to show, a site built on them is what separates you from the postcards.

How it works

Your investor site in four steps

Your closing record comes first, because it is the one thing on the site nobody else can copy. A simple site can launch in four to five weeks. With a page for each city you buy in, plan on six to eight weeks.

  1. Week 1

    Your closings

We gather the homes you bought, when, where and in what condition. It usually sits in a spreadsheet nobody has published.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Writing

We write how your offer works, the cash sale comparison and the situation pages. You correct anything we got wrong.

  3. Weeks 2 to 3

    Design

First you review two pages: the home page and homes we bought. Once you like them, we design the rest.

  4. Weeks 3 to 5

    Build and launch

We build, connect your form and phone, test on phones and go live. Fixes are free for 30 days.

Checklist

What to have ready before we start

Six things make the site convincing. Most investors already have them, just not in one place.

  • Your purchase listEach home you bought: the area, the month and the condition it was in.
  • Your closing companyThe title company or attorney you use, named on the site.
  • How you price an offerYour real method for repairs, nearby sales and your margin, in plain words.
  • Your follow-up policyWhat happens if a seller says no, and how to stop hearing from you.
  • Buy or assignWhether you close yourself or may assign, and any license your state requires.
  • Recent seller reviewsReviews from the last few months, with the seller's permission to show them.
Plans and pricing

What does real estate investor website design cost?

Most investors buying in one area fit the $1,400 plan. Six pages covers a home page, how it works, homes we bought, situations, about you and contact. Investors buying across several cities, with a page for each, need bigger sites at $2,800.

FAQ

Real estate investor website design FAQs

Asked by investors weighing a template against a site of their own. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

Homes you bought, how your offer works, a fair look at a cash sale against listing, pages for the situations sellers face, a page for each area you buy in and a short form. Recent reviews belong next to the homes they mention.

Yes, when they prove you close. Sellers have seen many identical cash offer pages, so the sites that win show real purchases, explain the price and drop the pressure.

Yes. We show the area, month and condition rather than the street address, and use photos you own. Anything more specific waits for the seller's permission.

Say it plainly. Some states regulate wholesaling, and Oklahoma has required wholesalers to hold a license since November 2021. We write the page around your state's rules, so check the details with your attorney.

Most investors buying in one area need the $1,400 plan: up to six pages, with the writing and a WordPress build included. Investors with a page for each of several cities move to $2,800 for bigger sites. You pay once.

A simple site can launch in four to five weeks. With a page for each city you buy in, plan on six to eight weeks, like most of our builds.

Yes. It keeps running until launch day. Then we point its old addresses at the new pages, so links and ads keep working.

Yes. You get an editor and a short training call. A record that grows every month is the best proof you have, so adding a closing takes a minute.
