Property Management Website Design Services

We design property management websites with two front doors: one that wins rental owners and one that serves tenants without a call to your office. Owners pay your fees. Build for them first.

Property management website design for owners and tenants

Our property management website design gives your company two clear paths. One convinces rental owners to hire you. The other lets tenants pay rent, request repairs and apply without calling. We write the owner pages, connect your software and launch most sites in six to eight weeks.

  • Owners who callOwners can read your fees, services and a sample report without calling first.
  • Fewer tenant callsClear links to pay rent, report a repair and reach you after hours.
  • Listings renters can act onAvailable units with photos, rent, deposit and a way to apply.
  • Applications done rightYour selection criteria and fees in view before anyone applies.

Our work

Builds that turn visits into leads

Start with the HomeLink Properties site. It speaks to property owners with a problem, much like your owner pages will. Open any card to see the whole design.

Why KeyGrow

Why management firms pick KeyGrow

Owners judge you by how clearly you explain money and problems. Those pages come first.

Tenants use your site every week. An owner might visit once, on the day they decide who will manage their rentals. That one visit is where your revenue starts. A homepage built around a login button gives that owner nothing to go on.

Most owners you pitch are not big funds. Census data shows that owners with a handful of homes hold most one-unit rentals. They want plain answers: what you charge, what you handle and what happens when a tenant stops paying.

So we build the owner path first: fees, services, reports and the hard cases. Then we link the tenant side to the portal your software already runs, so rent and repair requests skip the phone.

Owner pages first

We plan the owner path before the tenant tools, so the people who pay you get real answers.

Rebuilds that bring leads

After our Easy Cleanouts rebuild, lead form submissions rose 180% in 8 weeks. Your owner inquiry form gets the same care.

Tenant links that work

We test every rent, repair and application link on a phone before launch.

Fair housing in mind

We keep listing copy on the unit and your rules, and you approve every word before it goes live.

Industry guide

Two audiences, three facts to build on

One fact describes the owners you want to win. Two rules shape the pages renters use.

Most owners are small

The U.S. had 15.7 million one-unit rental homes in 2024. Owners with 10 or fewer other homes held three-quarters of them, based on Census survey data.

What it means for your siteowner pages speak to someone with a few rentals and a day job. Fees, reports and the hard cases come first, and investor jargon stays out.

Fair housing reaches applications

HUD's fair housing rule bars rental notices that show a preference based on a protected trait, such as race, religion or familial status. It names applications as covered, and words or photos can break it.

What it means for your sitelisting and application text describes the unit, the rent and your criteria, never the renter you would prefer.

Texas: criteria before applying

Texas Property Code 92.3515 says a landlord must make its tenant selection criteria available when it hands out a rental application. A landlord that rejects an applicant without doing so must return the application fee and any deposit.

What it means for your siteyour criteria appear on every listing and again at the start of the online application, before any fee changes hands.

What you get

What a management company site includes

Half of this serves the owners who hire you. The other half serves the renters who live in their homes.

Owner services page

What you handle, from marketing a unit to inspections and repairs, in plain words.

Fee page

Your management fee, leasing fee and any other charges, with what each one covers.

Hard cases page

What you do when rent is late, a unit sits empty or a repair runs over budget.

Rental listings

Open units with photos, rent, deposit, pet policy and a link to apply.

Resident links

Pay rent, report a repair and find the after-hours number, all from one menu.

Application flow

Your selection criteria and application fee in plain view before an applicant starts.

How it works

How we build your two front doors

We start with your fees and policies, because the owner pages and the application flow both depend on them.

Want to plan ahead? Plan monthly upkeep for your fee and listing pages

  1. Week 1

    Fees and policies

We gather your fee schedule, services, selection criteria and the steps you follow when rent is late.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Owner pages

We write the services, fee and hard cases pages. You approve every word.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

    Design both paths

You review the home page, an owner page and a listing page, then send notes.

  4. Weeks 4 to 7

    Connect your software

We link your tenant portal, listings and forms, and test each path on a phone.

  5. Weeks 6 to 8

    Launch

Launch day: we switch the site on, retest the rent and repair links, and cover any fixes for the first 30 days.

  • A short owner inquiry formProperty address, number of units and the best time to call.
  • Available rentalsRent, deposit, pet policy, photos and move-in date for each unit.
  • Selection criteriaShown with the application, as Texas law asks of landlords there.

FAQ

Property management website design FAQ

What managers ask us about owners, tenants and the software in between. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

We recommend it. An owner cannot compare you to other firms without knowing your fees, and a clear fee page answers that without a call. It also saves you time on owners who were never a fit.

Yes. We link your tenant portal, listings and application from the software you already use. Switching software is a bigger job than a website, so we build around what you have.

If your software offers a listings feed or embed, we connect it and style it to match. If not, we build simple listing pages your team can update.

Rent, deposit, fees, pet policy, size, photos and move-in date. Federal fair housing rules bar wording that shows a preference for or against protected groups, so we stick to the unit and your criteria.

Texas Property Code 92.3515 requires landlords to make their criteria available when they hand out a rental application. The statute talks about printed notice and a signed acknowledgment, so ask your attorney how your online flow should handle it. We place the criteria wherever you decide.

If your software has an owner portal, yes. We add a clear owner login link and a sample statement page so prospects see what they would get.

It can, if the answers are easy to find. Rent, repairs, move-out steps and the emergency number should sit one tap from the homepage. We test each path on a phone before launch.

A one-market firm usually fits the $1,400 plan for up to six pages. Several cities or property types push you to the $2,800 plan, and a portfolio site with 30 or more pages costs $5,600. Copy and a WordPress build come with every plan.

Six to eight weeks for most firms. Sending your fee schedule, policies and software access early keeps it on track.

Your team can. Fee pages and owner content are easy to edit, and listings can update from your software. We train your staff before launch.

Yes. HOA and condo managers need pages for boards and pages for residents instead of owners and tenants. The same idea holds: give each audience its own path.
