Healthcare website design patients can act on

Healthcare website design at KeyGrow starts with what patients come to do. They book a visit, check if you take their plan, find the right office and fill in forms. We write and build the site, then set it up so your front desk can change hours and providers in minutes. Most practice sites go live in six to eight weeks.

  • Fewer wasted tripsHours and closures change in one place, so the hours patients see match the hours you keep.
  • Booking without a phone callPatients can request a visit online, even after your office closes for the day.
  • Your staff in controlYour team can add a provider or update the plan list without opening a ticket with us.
  • Forms anyone can finishLabeled fields, plain error messages and full keyboard support on every form.

Our work

Our work for health and beauty clients

First up is a private medical practice site built around appointment booking, then a salon site with an online service menu. The rest of our work follows, and any card opens the full page.

Why KeyGrow

Why practices choose KeyGrow

You will judge this site a year from now, by whether it is still right.

A practice website is not a brochure. Patients act on what it says. If it shows the wrong hours, someone drives to a locked door. If the plan list is old, someone gets a bill they did not expect.

So we build the site like part of your front desk. Hours, providers, plans and offices live in simple fields your staff can edit. The notices patients have a right to see sit next to the forms and prices they relate to.

Accessible forms come standard too. A patient who uses a screen reader should be able to book a visit as easily as anyone else.

We time a real edit before launch

Before launch, your staff removes a provider and changes the hours while we watch. If a task takes too long, we simplify it.

Healthcare work we can show

We built the site for a doctor's practice in Dubai and ran its SEO. Over 12 months, organic traffic grew 1,519% and monthly calls reached 130+.

Straight talk on privacy

We will not call your site HIPAA compliant. We will tell you what it collects, where that data goes and who can open it.

A month of free fixes

For 30 days after launch, we fix bugs and make small changes at no cost. A care plan is there after that if you want one.

Industry guide

Three rules behind a good practice site

Each one comes from a federal rule or federal guidance. We build websites and do not give legal advice, so run the details past your own counsel.

Your privacy notice belongs online

Under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, a covered provider whose website describes its services must post its notice of privacy practices there. The notice has to be prominent and available on the site.

What it means for your sitewe link the notice from the footer and from every form, so a patient can read it before typing a single detail.

Self-pay patients can ask for an estimate

No Surprises Act rules say providers must tell uninsured or self-pay patients that a good faith estimate is available. For care scheduled since January 1, 2022, that notice must be clear, prominent and searchable on the provider website.

What it means for your siteyour pricing and booking pages carry a short notice in plain words, and it gets its own page so a search can find it.

Forms have to work for everyone

The Justice Department's 2022 web guidance names medical offices as businesses open to the public and says the ADA covers what they offer online. It lists forms that lack labels, clear instructions or error alerts among the barriers.

What it means for your sitewe label every field, explain errors in words instead of color alone, and test booking and intake forms with a keyboard.

What you get

What every practice site needs to carry

Each part does a job your staff now handles by phone, or answers a question patients ask before they book.

Hours and closures in one place

Set regular hours, holiday closures and seasonal changes once. Every page that shows them updates on its own.

Provider pages your team runs

Add a new provider or retire a profile in minutes, with photo, languages and the offices each one works from.

A page for each location

Each office gets its own address, hours, parking notes and services, so patients head to the right door.

Coverage, stated plainly

The plans you take, with the date your billing team last checked them, plus what self-pay patients can expect.

Booking and intake that connect

Request forms or online booking tied to the scheduling tool you already use, tested on real phones.

Required notices, easy to find

Your privacy notice and your good faith estimate notice, linked in the footer and beside forms and prices.

How it works

How we build a practice website

Five steps, planned around the people who answer your phones as much as the patients.

Want to plan ahead? See our checklist for keeping a site current

  1. Week 1

    Check the facts

We compare your current site with how the practice runs today: hours, providers, plans, offices and forms. You get a list of every mismatch.

  2. Week 2

Pick an owner for each fact

We agree who updates hours, who handles providers and who keeps the plan list. Then our writers draft the pages for your review.

  3. Weeks 3 to 4

    Design on a phone screen

We mock up the home page and one office page on a phone screen. Your notes shape them, and the other pages follow.

  4. Weeks 4 to 7

    Build and connect

We build on WordPress, hook up booking and forms, link the notices and test every form with a keyboard alone.

  5. Weeks 7 to 8

    Train, launch, support

We train your staff, launch the site and check every form. Then we fix bugs and small issues for 30 days.

Checklist

Check your current site in ten minutes

Open your site on your phone and go down this list. Each miss is a problem a patient can run into today.

  • The hours match real lifeCompare every page with your phone greeting and your Google Business Profile. Holiday hours count.
  • Every provider still works thereA departed doctor with a booking button leads to an awkward call at the front desk.
  • The plan list shows a datePatients trust a list that says when someone last checked it.
  • Each office has its own pageAddress, parking, hours and services for that one location. A shared page with a dropdown makes patients dig.
  • The privacy notice is one tap awayLook in the footer and next to each form. If you have to hunt for it, so do patients.
  • Forms work without a mouseTab through your contact form. If you cannot reach the send button, some patients cannot either.
  • After-hours guidance is clearTell patients what to do at night and on weekends, and when to call 911 instead of using a form.
Plans and pricing

What does healthcare website design cost?

Each plan is a one-time price that includes the writing and a WordPress build. One office with a short list of services usually fits the $1,400 plan. Several providers or offices push you into bigger sites at $2,800, and a group that needs 30 or more pages pays $5,600.

FAQ

Healthcare website design questions

What practice owners and office managers ask us before they start. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

No website is HIPAA compliant on its own, because the rules cover how your whole practice handles patient data. We build forms that ask only for what you need and send them to the tool your team picks. Your privacy officer should sign off on that setup.

Anyone you choose. Hours, closures, providers and plan lists sit in simple fields outside the page text, and we train your staff on them before launch.

Yes, if your offices differ in hours, staff or services. Each page tells patients where to go and what that office offers. It also gives search engines a page to show for each town you serve.

Start with your notice of privacy practices, plus a good faith estimate notice if you see self-pay patients. We link both from the footer and from the pages where patients book or ask about cost. Your compliance lead confirms the final list.

Yes. We connect the booking tool your practice already uses, or set up a request form if you prefer to confirm by phone. Either way, we test it on real phones before launch.

We build for it from day one: real headings, labeled fields, text for images, strong contrast and full keyboard use. Building it in from the start is simpler than fixing it after a complaint.

Put the list in a field your billing team can edit, and show the date of the last check. When a contract changes, the page can change the same day.

We do, since copywriting comes with every plan. Your clinical team reviews anything about treatment before it goes live, because they know the details best.

Usually $2,800, the plan for bigger sites, since each office and provider needs a page. A group with 30 or more pages pays $5,600. Both are one-time prices with the writing included.

Six to eight weeks for most practices. A single office with only a few pages can be ready in four to five weeks.
