Why KeyGrow

Why injury firms hire KeyGrow

Injury firms pay a lot for each click. We build the page that decides what that click is worth.

Nearly every injury site says no fee unless you win, and most stop there. The person reading wants to know what will land in their pocket. Your state may also ask for more than that one line.

So we build your fee page around a worked example: a sample settlement, your fee, the case costs and what the client takes home. Results get the same care. Each number carries its facts and any disclaimer your state asks for, right beside it.

We build the rest of the site for speed. Many callers are hurt, stressed and holding a phone in one hand. A call button in reach, a short form and a fast reply keep them from moving on to the next firm.

Proof from a law firm page

For Evictions Done For You, an eviction law firm, we built a new landing page and reworked its Google Ads. From September to October 2022, weekly conversions went from 1 to 21 and cost per conversion fell from $240 to $31.79.

We read the rules first

Before we design, we check your state's ad rules on fees, results and disclaimers. Your lawyers still sign off on every page.

Built for one hand

We test each page on real phones, on mobile data, with one thumb. If the call button is hard to reach, we move it.

One team for site and ads

Our team also manages Google Ads and SEO, so one plan covers the pages and the clicks that reach them.

Industry guide

Rules that shape an injury firm site

Your state's rules decide the final wording. These examples, from Texas and the ABA, show the kind of rule that changes how we build a page. This is not legal advice.

"No fee" needs a costs line

Texas Rule 7.02(c) covers ads that offer a contingent fee. They must state whether the client will have to pay other expenses, such as the costs of a lawsuit.

What it means for your siteevery no-fee line on your site sits next to a plain sentence about costs, and links to the fee page with the worked example.

A reduced verdict must say so

Texas Rule 7.01(g) covers a verdict the lawyer knows was later cut, reversed or settled for less. Each ad that shows it must state what the client ultimately received, with equal or greater prominence.

What it means for your siteeach result on your site gets a field for the amount received, shown as large as the headline number. A short line covers the facts behind it.

A fast reply is not a pitch

ABA Model Rule 7.3, comment 1, says a website is not solicitation, and neither is a reply to someone who asked for information. Comment 2 says text messages are not live person-to-person contact.

What it means for your sitethe form alerts your intake team the moment it arrives, with an option to text back. The person asked first, so a quick answer is service.

What you get

What every injury firm build includes

Each part comes from how hurt people pick a lawyer, or from the rules on fees and results.

A fee page with real math

A sample settlement worked down to the client's share, with costs taken before or after the fee, the way your agreement does it.

A results page with context

Each result lists the case type, the facts behind it and the amount the client received. Your disclaimer sits right beside the numbers.

Case type pages

One page for each case you want more of, built around what people ask in the first week after an injury.

Contact made for phones

A call button that stays in reach, a form with three fields and a photo upload for the crash report.

Spanish pages done right

If you serve Spanish speakers, we build matching pages and translate every disclaimer along with the rest.

Leads sent to intake

Forms and calls land in your intake tool or CRM, tagged by case type, so the right person calls back first.

Side by side

Costs before the fee or after it?

ABA Model Rule 1.5(c) says a contingent fee agreement must state whether costs come out before or after the fee. This example shows why clients care: a $90,000 settlement, a one-third fee and $9,000 in costs.

Costs come out firstFee comes out first
Settlement$90,000$90,000
Case costs$9,000, taken off the top$9,000, taken after the fee
Fee at one third$27,000, figured on $81,000$30,000, figured on $90,000
Client receives$54,000$51,000

Example numbers only, before any medical bills or liens. Your agreement and your state's rules set the real terms. We build this table with your numbers, so a client sees the difference before they sign.

How it works

How we build an injury firm site

Four steps. The fee and results pages come first, since your lawyers need to sign off on them most.

Want to plan ahead? Compare an ad landing page with a full site

  1. Days 1 to 5

    Fee and results audit

We read your fee agreement and your current results page. Then we flag any number that lacks its facts or a disclaimer.

  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    Pages and the worked example

We write the fee example from your real terms, a page for each case type and any Spanish versions. Your lawyers approve the wording.

  3. Weeks 3 to 6

    Design and build for phones

We design for a small screen first and keep pages light, with the call button in reach on every scroll.

  4. Weeks 6 to 8

    Test calls, then launch

We place test calls, send test forms and check that each lead reaches your intake team. Then we launch and cover fixes for 30 days.

Plans and pricing

What website design for personal injury lawyers costs

Each plan is a one-time price that covers the writing and the WordPress build. A firm with a handful of case types fits the $1,400 plan. Add more case pages, lawyer bios and a Spanish version, and you will need a bigger site.

FAQ

Questions on website design for personal injury lawyers

What injury lawyers ask us about fees, results and phones. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

Yes, with care. The comment to ABA Model Rule 7.1 says true results can still mislead if they suggest every client will get the same. We show each result with its facts and a disclaimer, and your lawyers approve the list.

Your percentage, whether it changes if the case goes to trial, and whether costs come out before or after the fee. A worked example in dollars beats a paragraph. We build it from the terms in your agreement.

If you serve Spanish speakers, they help. Translate the disclaimers too. Texas Rule 7.01(d), for example, says a required statement or disclaimer must appear in each language the ad uses.

Only if someone answers it fast, day and night. A chat that sits for hours does more harm than none. A short form that alerts your intake team at once is often the simpler choice.

Yes. Someone at a tow lot or a clinic may be on weak mobile data. We build each page to open in under two seconds and to score at least 90 in Google PageSpeed Insights.

Yes, and it should stay current. We can add a page on your state's filing deadline and its exceptions, written and checked by your lawyers. Your team can update it in minutes when the law changes.

Pick by page count. Up to six pages costs $1,400, a bigger site is $2,800, and 30 or more pages is $5,600, each paid once with the copy included. Firms with many case types and a Spanish version tend to need more pages.

Six to eight weeks for most firms. The fee and results pages take the longest, because your lawyers review them line by line.

Yes. Each result is a simple entry with fields for the headline amount, the amount received and the facts, so nothing goes live without its context. We train your team before launch.

Yes. We build pages that match what each ad promises and keep the form short. We also manage Google Ads if you want one team on both.
