Real estate website design built on what you know

KeyGrow offers real estate website design for agents, brokerages and property managers. We build your site on what no rival can copy: your local knowledge, your process and the deals you closed. Then we connect your listing feed. Most sites launch in six to eight weeks.

Our work

Real estate builds and more of our work

The first two cards come from real estate: a cash home buyer site and a mortgage prequalification site. The rest are from other trades. Open any card to scroll the full page.

Why KeyGrow

Why real estate firms hire KeyGrow

We ask one question first: if your feed went dark tomorrow, what would your site still say about you?

Open five agent sites in your town. They show the same homes from the same MLS. That is how IDX works. Firms share their listings with each other, and every listing has to name the firm that listed it.

So the listings cannot be the reason someone picks you. Your area pages can. So can a plain walk through how you sell a home, and short stories about deals you closed.

We write and build those pages first. The feed goes in last, as one feature among many. If you ever switch IDX providers, the pages with your name on them stay put.

A real estate site we designed

We designed the site for HomeLink Properties, a cash home buyer in southwest Missouri. With our SEO work behind it, it brings in 90+ seller calls a month.

Your pages before the feed

We plan and write the pages that carry your name first. The listing search goes in after, so it never sets the shape of the site.

Search and ads in one place

We also run SEO and Google Ads, so we plan area pages around what people in your market type into Google.

Straight talk on scope

If a small site with a listing search is all you need right now, we will say so. Some new agents should start there.

Industry guide

Three facts that shape every real estate site

Listing rules, fair housing law and buyer research all point the same way. Your own pages matter most.

You cannot edit the feed

NAR's IDX policy, in its 2024 MLS handbook, bars firms from changing other firms' listings. Each listing shown must name the listing firm and its email or phone.

What it means for your sitewe show the feed as it arrives, with every credit in place. Your own notes on homes and areas sit apart from it, under your name.

Fair housing covers your copy

The Fair Housing Act bars any ad or notice for selling or renting a home that shows a preference based on a protected trait. Those traits are race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status and national origin.

What it means for your sitearea pages describe homes, streets, prices and commutes, never the kind of people who live there. You read and approve every page before launch.

Buyers still choose a person

NAR's 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers found that 88% of buyers used an agent or broker.

What it means for your siteyour site has to sell the person or firm behind it, so your story and your reviews get more room than the search box.

What you get

What every real estate build comes with

Your own pages carry the weight here. The feed fills in the inventory around them.

Area pages with real detail

We interview you about the places you work, then write what a data widget never could: streets, drive times and new construction nearby.

A buying and selling guide

Your steps from first call to closing day, written once and useful for years.

Closed deal stories

Short write-ups of homes you listed or helped someone buy, with your role stated.

IDX search, connected

Home search from a provider your MLS allows, styled to match the rest of your site.

Lead routing

Buyer, seller and rental inquiries go straight to the right person or inbox.

Speed and search basics

We aim for pages that load in under two seconds, with clean titles and schema.

Side by side

Feed pages next to pages you write

Your site needs both. Only one kind gives a buyer or seller a reason to pick you.

Listing pages from the feedPages you write

We build both kinds. Most of our writing time goes into the right column.

How it works

From your notes to a live site

Your pages come first and the feed comes last, so the site never leans on listings to look busy.

  1. Week 1

    What only you know

A call about your market, your past deals and how you work. We list the pages no other firm in town could publish.

  2. Weeks 1 to 3

    Words before design

We write your area pages, your process page and your deal stories. You check every fact and approve each page.

  3. Weeks 3 to 4

    Design

Three screens come first: the home page, one area page and a listing view. Your notes shape them before we design anything else.

  4. Weeks 4 to 7

    Build, then the feed

We build the site, then connect IDX and check that every listing shows its firm credit on a phone.

  5. Weeks 6 to 8

    Launch and support

On launch day we send a test inquiry through each form. For 30 days after, we fix any problem at no charge.

Plans and pricing

What does real estate website design cost?

Each plan is a one-time price for writing, design and build. A solo agent with strong area pages often fits the $1,400 plan. A brokerage with a page for every agent needs more room: $2,800 for bigger sites, or $5,600 for 30 or more pages.

FAQ

Real estate website design questions

Straight answers on feeds, fair housing, cost and timing. Still curious? Email sales@keygrow.co.

Yes. We connect a listing feed from an IDX provider your MLS allows and style it to match your pages. Under NAR policy, the firm showing IDX listings has to tell its MLS first, so we plan that step into the schedule.

Because the same feed fills your rivals' sites too. Listing pages also vanish as homes sell. Area guides, your process and your deal stories stay up and keep earning trust.

No. NAR's IDX policy bars changing other firms' listings. You can add your own notes near them, as long as you keep the notes separate and name the source.

Facts a buyer can use: home styles, price ranges, commute times, parks and new construction nearby. Fair housing law bars ads that show a preference based on protected traits, so we describe places, not the people in them.

NAR's IDX policy calls for downloads and displays to refresh at least every 12 hours. The refresh runs through your IDX provider, and we keep the pages around it fast.

Most will. NAR policy lets a seller keep a listing or address off the internet, and those stay hidden on every IDX site. Each home that does show names its listing firm.

Yes. Property managers need one path for owners and one for renters. Cash home buyers need pages for sellers with a problem house, like the HomeLink Properties site we designed.

You pay once, and the writing and a WordPress build are part of the price. Up to six pages costs $1,400, bigger sites cost $2,800 and 30 or more pages cost $5,600. Your page count, not your job title, decides the plan.

Six to eight weeks for most builds. Writing takes the most time, because area pages and deal stories need your input. A simple site with no feed can launch in four to five weeks.

Yes. You get a simple WordPress editor and a short training call. Adding an area page or a closed deal takes minutes.
